Catherine Anne

 Catherine Anne O'Hara OOC was born on March 4 1954. O'Hara is the proud recipient of many awards, including an award called the Genie Award. In 2018 she was recognized as an Officer of Canada. In 2020, she was awarded the Governor General's Performing Arts Performing Arts Lifetime Artistic Achievement Awards. O'Hara became famous as an actor when she joined in 1974 of The Second City, an improvisational comedy troupe based in Toronto. Dan Aykroyd and John Candy were also part of her main ensemble in the sitcom Coming Up Rosie (1975-1978). O'Hara was a part of Candy in the sketch comedy series Second City Television (1976-1984). She received the attention of critics both for her writing and acting skills and was honored with a Primetime Emmy Award, 1981 for Outstanding Writing in a Variety Series. O'Hara, Steve Carell and Dwayne Colbert were included on the Second City artistic board in 2022.
