Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Jennifer Rene Psaki is an American political advisor who worked as the 34th White House press secretary from 2021 to 2022. As a member in the Democratic Party, she was previously the White House deputy presses secretary (2009-2011); White House deputy director of communications (2009-2011); White House deputy director(2009-2011); spokesperson for the United States Department of State (2013)-2015; and White House communications director (2015)-2017. Psaki was a contributor to political campaigns for CNN from 2017 to 2020. Psaki began her career as an Iowa Democratic senator, Tom Harkin, and was later elected governor of Iowa. Psaki was then appointed press secretary in John Kerry's 2004 presidential election campaign. Between 2005 and 2006, Psaki served as communications director to U.S. representative Joseph Crowley as well as the regional press secretary of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Psaki was the press secretary for the Obama reelection campaign in 2012. [20] Psaki was fired as the spokesperson of the United States Department of State on February 11 2013. She was hired by the Department of State to fill the White House Press Secretary Jay Carney's position.[21However, Josh Earnest took his spot on May 30, 2014. She was appointed communications director at the White House and continued to perform this role until the end of 2015.
